Accessibility statement
We believe education should be open to every learner, regardless of ability. This statement is our commitment in writing — and a page we hold to its own standard: legible, navigable, and built to be read by everyone.

Our commitment
Taxomind is committed to conforming with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities — and more usable for everyone.
Full WCAG conformance has not been independently verified. We are identifying and correcting barriers to access. The sections below describe what we have built, where we fall short, and how to reach us.
Accessibility features
Features we have implemented across the platform, grouped by the people they serve.
Keyboard navigation
- Settings tabs support arrow keys, Home, End and keyboard activation.
- Keyboard access on other workflows remains under review.
Screen reader support
- We use semantic elements, labels and navigation landmarks.
- A complete assistive-technology audit has not yet been completed.
Visual design
- Light and dark appearances are available.
- Contrast, zoom and focus visibility are being checked across the application.
Responsive design
- The web app manifest does not lock device orientation.
- Please report content that overflows or controls that are difficult to use.
Multimedia
- Captions and transcripts depend on the individual course content.
- Accessible alternatives are not yet available for every resource.
Known limitations
We hold ourselves to a high bar, and we would rather be honest than overstate. These areas may not yet meet our standard.
Areas under active improvement
- Third-party content
- Some embedded content from third-party providers (such as certain video players or payment forms) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We work with our providers to improve accessibility.
- User-generated content
- Courses and posts created by instructors may not always meet accessibility standards. We give content creators guidance on making their materials accessible.
- PDF documents
- PDF accessibility varies by document. A complete document audit is pending; contact us if you need an accessible alternative.
- AI-generated content
- Content produced by our AI features may not always be optimally accessible. We continuously improve our AI systems to better support accessibility.
Assistive technology
Our platform is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies.
- Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
- Screen magnification software
- Speech recognition software
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Switch access devices
Requesting accessible alternatives
If you encounter content that is not accessible to you, we are happy to provide an alternative format. You can request:
- Text descriptions of visual content
- Accessible document formats
- Alternative ways to complete tasks or access features
- Transcripts of audio or video content
Contact us with your request and we will respond within 5 business days.
Tell us about a barrier
We welcome your feedback. If you hit an accessibility barrier or have a suggestion, please reach out — every report helps us improve.
We will work to resolve accessibility issues promptly and keep you informed of our progress.

Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant enforcement body.
United States
You may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under the ADA, or with the relevant federal agency under Section 508.
European Union
You may contact your national enforcement body under the European Accessibility Act or the Web Accessibility Directive (EU 2016/2102).
United Kingdom
You may contact the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) or the Equality Advisory Support Service (EASS).
Continuous improvement
We regularly review and test our platform for accessibility, including:
- Automated accessibility scanning during development.
- Manual testing with assistive technologies.
- Periodic third-party accessibility audits.
- Incorporating user feedback into our accessibility roadmap.
